You’ve spent years building your business. You know it better than anyone, but being close to it can sometimes make it difficult to see where the greatest opportunities, constraints and risks really are.

The Kettley Wealth Assessment is designed to help you consider these connections and identify where further attention could make a meaningful difference.
It isn’t about finding fault with your business or comparing you with somebody else’s idea of success. It is about establishing where ‘you are now’ and what you want the business to make possible for you personally in the future.

The Assessment is designed primarily for established business owners who have moved beyond the question of simply getting a business started and built. You may want to improve profitability or increase the value of the company. You may be trying to reduce its dependence on you, considering succession or an eventual sale, or you may be thinking more seriously about how to convert years of business success into real world personal wealth. You may well have a solid robust business with no obvious problems, but have reached the point where you are asking yourself what comes next?
That is a good reason to take the Assessment.
What happens afterwards?
Once you have completed the Assessment, you will have a clearer view of your current position and the areas that may warrant closer examination.
What happens next depends on what the Assessment reveals and what you want to achieve. There is no assumption that every business needs the same solution.
